Is it possible they made an entire season of Californication, just so that David Duchovny could resurrect his career to the point where a second X-Files movie was given the green light?
I wonder if they could make another series of Magnum P.I., in the hopes of resurrecting 3 Men and a Baby?
Would make about as much sense.

That sudden whoosh noise you just heard was the sound of the Magnum PI reference flying over my head.
that's because I am a grannyish crone, Jacob, whereas you are a sprightly youngster, forever sullying my path with your skateboards and rock music.
Actually, there was a sequel to Three Men and a Baby, called Three Men and a Little Lady - it was, if I remember correctly, aimed much more at kids than the original movie. And sucked.
So thankfully, that's unlikely to happen.
I feel foolish because I couldn't for the life of me figure out why everyone was suddenly talking about the X-Files movie, which I saw TEN YEARS AGO and which was average.
And GW, the rock music is ok - it's that horrible rap I object to.
