heh. It is when you haven't done one in, um, ever actually...
And it has to be 15 minutes long...
Work on the premise of about 3 minutes a slide, have no more than 2- 3 points per slide, not really fancy graphs and minimal words....conference attends will not then fall asleep, ask you for copies or stare at you blankly!

Well thats what I work on. It depends how much you have on em.
1 point a slide? 1 a minute...(though that is AWFULLY fast)
